What owners ask before they book.
If it still fits, stay. Switch when its settings don't fit how you sell, or when you're paying for several tools and still doing the joining by hand. I build around your rules, with no commission.
Yes, and I do the move for you. You send me the download from your current app, and I load your clients and upcoming bookings. Your old app stays on until you've tested the new system, so no booking is lost. Saved cards can't be moved over, so clients add theirs on their next booking.
A deposit gives clients a reason to show up. You set the amount for each service, clients pay it to book, and your cancellation policy decides what they get back.
You pay a setup fee to start, then a monthly fee. There is a 6-month minimum. After that you can cancel any time.
Your site and booking stay live to the end of the month you've paid for. You get an export of your clients, bookings and payment history, and your domain stays yours. Then the system goes offline.
Card processing, text reminders and your domain name. You pay those providers directly at their normal rates. I never mark them up. There's no commission and no fee per team member.
