This website describes my booking systems. It is not an offer to sell. Prices on the website are a guide. The price you pay is the price in your written scope.

A project starts only when we both agree a written scope. If the scope and these terms disagree, the scope applies.

The booking review is free, and it puts you under no obligation. I can decline a request, for example when a standard booking app already does what you need.

When you send me details about your business, you confirm that you are allowed to share them.

Some systems on this website are demos that I made to show what I build. I label them as demos. I show a client's name, logo or words only with that client's permission.

I own the words, designs and code on this website, except the names, logos and words of clients, which belong to them. You can share links to this website. Do not copy its content for commercial use without my permission.

Do not try to break into the website, overload it, or send false or harmful information through its forms.

Some links go to websites that I do not control, such as client websites and social media. Their own terms apply there.

I try to keep this website correct and available, but I cannot promise that it is always correct or always online. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow me to limit.

When these terms change, I update the date at the top of the page.
